Caesars is between Bellagio and Mirage. Across the street are Imperial Palace and O'Sheas. None of them are blue.





The only hotel I can think of that is blue-ish is Luxor. It's shaped like a pyramid, but it's easily a mile or two from Caesars.





Edit: I'm not color blind. The IP gives me the creeps, so I try not to look at it too much -- especially at night. The hotel itself is basically white in color. I guess it does have some blue trim.
I think you are taking about the Imperial Palace which is lit in blue light at night. It is across the strip from Caesars.
