Try the Best Western River North, it's only about 2 blocks away from HOB. Can't tell you it's cheap, but you won't really find a hotel/motel in that area for cheap.

why not stay AT the House of Blues Hotel? can't get any closer. call and ask about the age requirements.
-The Westin (312) 744-1900 is right across the street(320 North Dearborn Street )from HOB(329 N Dearborn) is 18+


-The House of Blues Hotel is 21+

There should be, just search the house of blues on yahoo, and then sometime you will find a site that says hotels near the house of blues.
If you're 18, most will. Theres a lot of options, go to a travel sight to find the hotel and then just book it yourself. Consider things like Union station locations and your taxi fare.
