Does anyone know of any hotels that are close enough to walk to the Blue Line, and not downtown?

Yes, Springhill Suites Marriott O'Hare right next to the Cumberland stop. There's lots of hotel in this area due the airport and Stevens Con. Ctr, but this is the closest to the Blue Line stop.Does anyone know of any hotels that are close enough to walk to the Blue Line, and not downtown?
Along the north end of the Blue Line you're looking at downtown hotels or airport hotels. I believe the downtown hotels would be the lesser of the two evils...

From O'Hare you pretty much have to jump on the Blue Line to do anything. At least in downtown Chicago you can do lots of walking, and at you're near all of the elevated/subway trains %26amp; buses that will get you out to the neighborhoods if that's what you're interested in.

Your only other reasonable options is a B%26amp;B like the Wicker Park Inn: http://www.wickerparkinn.com/ which is near the Damen stop. After that the neighborhoods along the Blue Line can have some nice restaurants, shops %26amp; venues but I don't think any of them can sustain a half-way decent hotel.Does anyone know of any hotels that are close enough to walk to the Blue Line, and not downtown?
xtina's right. I've stayed at the Hyatt near O'Hare that's close to that Marriott. It's a short (five or ten minutes?) hike to the Blue Line.
