If you left your bike sitting in a hotel parking lot It was your own fault and I have no sympathy for you. Did you at least chain it up ? You need to learn to take care of your property. I don't mean to say that stealing is ok, but you practically GAVE that bike away. Talk to the hotel management. It's possible that they moved it without telling you. Then call the cops.
Well... If its a sport bike they get stolen all the time, just check craigslist and you'll see.
