I want a place within walking distance of the House of Blues, best price, safe, parking on-site is preferable. I'd like to stay at a place like Chateau Sonesta or Hotel Montelione, but I'd sacrifice that niceness for affordable comfort. $100/nite would be more my budget.

La Pavillion on Poydras.....Lots of history Beautiful Building and lobby....
